About

We build the site that has to keep working.

M.A.D Innovate Tech’s web studio designs and ships websites, smart applications, online stores, and live data aggregation. If your customers, members, or field team need a place to act — not just a brochure — that’s us.

Who we are

M.A.D Innovate Tech is a small shop that builds software people use under pressure. One side of that work is operational: emergency monitoring, GIS, dispatch, and the systems behind madtec.ai. This site is the other side — the web studio.

Same people, different product. Here we make marketing sites, client portals, catalogs, intake tools, and stores. The standard is the same: it should be clear, fast, and possible to hand off when we’re done.

What we actually build

Websites that explain the business and let someone do the next thing — inquire, apply, buy, or look something up. Smart forms that validate, route, and land in the right place instead of a shared inbox. Applications with real status, not extra buttons on a brochure. Online stores wired to how you already sell.

The piece most studios skip is aggregation: fetching listings, inventories, alerts, directories, and public records from other websites and showing them on yours, structured and on-brand. If your staff is copy-pasting from a supplier site every week, that’s a product problem. We treat it like one.

Who it’s for

Local shops that need a site people can quote from — the 3D Innovations work. Product teams that need a public face for software they actually run — the CyberEOC work. Anyone who needs live data on the page instead of a weekly copy-paste.

We are not a brand-only shop, and we are not a theme mill. If you need a five-page brochure and nothing else, we can do it — but the work we care about is the site that has to stay current.

What we don’t do here

CAD, EOC, live incident maps, and mission-critical operations as a product belong on madtec.ai and cybereoc.com. We built CyberEOC — new ops work still goes through that door, not the studio contact form.

We also don’t lock the build behind a black box. At launch you get the site, a walkthrough for the people who will run it, and a handoff you can keep without us. A retainer is optional. Shipping isn’t.

How a project runs

Brief: what the site has to do, who uses it, which other sites or systems it should pull from. Shape: information architecture, form logic, and a data map before the pixels get precious. Build: design and engineering together. Launch: go live, train, hand off.

After the brief we give you a date and a scope — what’s in, what’s out, and what would change the price. We reply to new briefs within one business day.
