Terms of use

This site is operated by M.A.D Innovate Tech (“MadTec,” “we,” “us”). It describes web studio services: websites, aggregation, smart applications, smart forms, and online stores.

Mission-critical operations products are offered separately at madtec.ai and cybereoc.com. Those sites have their own terms.

You may read these pages, follow the work links, and send a brief. Don’t try to break the site, scrape it in a way that knocks it over, or use it to send junk. We may block access if we have to.

Sending the contact form, or getting a reply within one business day, does not hire us. Estimates, dates, and what’s in or out are not binding until we both agree in writing (email is fine) on scope and price.

We can decline a project — including work that belongs on the ops side. We’ll say so and point you to the right door.

Don’t put passwords, payment card numbers, or other people’s private data in the project notes. How we handle what you do send is in the privacy policy.

The words, layout, and screenshots on this studio site belong to MadTec unless we say otherwise. Don’t copy the site as a template and call it yours.

Work we show (3D Innovations & Designs, CyberEOC, and anything we add later) is shown with the understanding that it is real shipped work. Client trademarks stay with the client. We don’t claim we own their brand.

This site links out to live client and product sites. We don’t control those pages. Their terms and privacy rules apply once you leave.

This site is provided as-is for information and contact. We work to keep it accurate. It is not a promise that a future build will look exactly like a screenshot or ship on a date we haven’t agreed.

To the extent the law allows, MadTec is not liable for losses that come from using this marketing site (for example relying on a page that later changes). Liability for an actual build is whatever the project agreement says.

We may update these terms and the “last updated” date. Using the site after a change means the new terms apply.
